(Login for Information) is seeking an experienced and dynamic physician leader to join our high-performing emergency department (ED) team as the facility medical director (FMD) at Glendale Memorial Hospital, located in the highly desirable Los Angeles County.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strong and cohesive team of all ABEM-certified emergency (EM) physicians, providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility. As the FMD, you will balance clinical practice with administrative leadership, collaborating closely with (Login for Information) and hospital leadership to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care and provide direct patient care in the ED
• Lead, mentor, and manage a highly skilled team of emergency physicians

• Oversee departmental operations and ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards
• Champion communication, team building, and continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
• Proven leadership experience in an emergency department setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
