Qualifications:

• St. Anthony Hospital: board certified/eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• St. Anthony Hospital ? Healthplex Campuses: board certified/eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) or board certified in family medicine (ABFM)
