We are seeking a dedicated and driven full-time emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team as an assistant facility medical director (AFMD) in Clarksville, Tennessee, located less than an hour north of Nashville. • 40 ED beds

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the facility medical director in overseeing the clinical operations of the emergency department
• Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
• Mentor and support emergency department staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as needed
