Tricities Hospital in Hopewell, VA is seeking an experienced and dynamic emergency medicine medical director to lead and oversee the operations of our emergency department (ED). This critical leadership role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, nurses, staff, and hospital leadership to improve operational efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing emergency medical services. Candidates must be board certified in emergency medicine, have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience and have the proven ability to manage a team, foster a positive work culture, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
