Job Description
Join a nationally recognized, not-for-profit healthcare system as an experienced Cardiology Physician Assistant in Central North Carolina just 22 miles from Pinehurst! This is a private, community-based health network serving the mid-Carolinas, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
- Combination of Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities
- Full-time, day shift
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30am-5:00pm with no call requirements
- Inpatient duties: New consults, stress and nuclear test supervision, follow-up visits, and early discharges
- Outpatient duties: New patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and administrative tasks using Epic EMR
- Modern medical office building located on the hospital campus with immediate access to diagnostic resources
- Join a full-service cardiology team with 30+ experienced providers across 6 clinic locations supporting 5 hospitals

Qualifications
- NCCPA Certification
- Minimum 2 years of advanced practice experience in Cardiology preferred
- Experience supervising stress and nuclear tests
- Ability to manage patient care independently with minimal supervision
- Clean background with a commitment to serving underserved populations in a rural health setting
