• Locums CRNA needed in Arizona

OB Required

• EMR:  Cerner
• Annual Case Volume:  4545 (607 Deliveries)
• Shift Type:  8h Shifts (7a-3p)
• Case Types:  ENT, General, GYN/OB, ortho, plastics, podiatry and urology.  No cardiac or Neuro
• 5 ORs - Run 3 ORs + GI/OB
• Staffing Model:  3 MD 5 CRNA
• Call Requirements:
  • They must be in-house from 7am-3pm to offer breaks and lunches in the OR if nothing is happening in OB
  • They can be off-site after 3pm if there is an epidural running as long as they can be back in the hospital in less than 20 minutes
  • They can be off-site after 3pm assuming no epidural is running
