Assignment Details/Requirements #103191: 
-- Scheduled hours + call (beeper call has a 30 minute response time) 
-- Active and unrestricted Arizona license required
-- NBCRNA
-- ACLS, BLS certifications required
-- Average 5 patients per day
-- Facility details: EMR: Cerner, 4 OR Beds, Practice Setting: Inpatient
-- Credentialing timeline of 90 days, temp privileges available
-- Case mix required: Complete ortho, complex vascular (except open hearts), Neuro Spine, Vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
-- Case mix preferred: Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Pain Management techniques, Post-op epidurals, Post-op Extremity blocks, Central lines, A-Lines, PA Catheter placement
-- No Peds, No Thoracic, No Trauma
