- Cases: Cosmetic, Orthopedics and Eye Surgery
- PRN Weekday Coverage
- Shift times: 8 Hour Shifts -Starting at 6:45 or 7:00 am
- Travel: Mileage and Lodging
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
