CRNA Locums Job in Elizabethtown, Kentucky | Starting as Soon as Credentialed and Ongoing

Details of Assignment:
--Monday through Friday scheduled hours (40 hour guarantee). Need candidates with a minimum of 3+ shifts of availability/week. 
--Call negotiable - details below. 
--23 MDs/7 CRNAs
--Care team model 1:4 Medical Direction
--Case Mix: General, Ortho, OB (MDs do and manage OB epidurals - possibility of this changing in the future, CRNAs do spinals for C-sections, endo, ENT, and Pedi Dental. Opportunity for blocks over time.
--CRNAs take pager call from home - 30 minute beeper call. No post call day for CRNAs.
--Weeknight call: 9pm-7am
--Takes about 75-90 days to credential
