A hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located west of Boston, Massachusetts.
The position offers 8- or 10-hour shifts with a case mix that includes general surgery, endoscopy, orthopedics, vascular, GI, and urology, but no head or heart cases. CRNAs are medically supervised and must be flexible to work at both University and Memorial campuses. Typical start times are 7 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8 AM to 6 PM on Wednesdays, except for administrative onboarding and orientation days, which are usually 8-hour days over 4-5 days, depending on the plan. While OB experience and willingness to take OB calls are beneficial, they are not required. The average number of cases per day in the OR ranges from 3 to 9.
