--July: 11, 12, 18, 19, 22-26, 29 - August 2
--August: 5-9, 13-16,19-21, 29, 30,
--September 3-6, 19, 26, 27
--October 3, 4, 10, 11 14-18, 24-25, 28 - November 2
--November 7-8, 11-14, 21, 22, 25-27, 29, 
--December: 2-6, 9-13, 17-20, 23-27.

Details of Assignment:
--Weekday shifts 8 hours.
--Wanting CRNAs who are open to call. CRNAs work independently on call.
--Occasionally working independently during the day if we're super busy and the MD has to jump into a room during the day.
--Active New York license
--NBCRNA
