--Monday though Friday, 5x8s or 4x10s. No 12 hour shifts available.
--No Call
--CRNAs supervised by MDs in a 1:4 ratio
--Case mix: All cases except for OB, peds, and hearts
--Active Ohio license
--NBCRNA
