- NBCRNA
- Active Oklahoma license
- Case mix: Hips, shoulder, endo, general ortho cases
- Must be block proficient
- Monday through Friday, shifts vary between 7A-3P, 7A-5P, and 7A-7P
- 100% Supervision
- EMR is Paper Charting
- Quick credentialing: 1-2 weeks with clean file
