Dates of coverage needed: 
--7am-5pm, 10 hour shifts on December 23, 24, 26, 30, 31, January 2 
--24 hour beeper call (7am-7am) December 21, 22, 25, 27, 28, 29 January 1, 3, 4, 5

Facility Details/Job Description:
--Board Certification, ACS, PALS, DEA, and Oregon license required
--Case mix includes General, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental. No hearts, neuro, nor vascular.
--MDs doing own cases and supervising CRNAs
--EMR Epic
--3 ORs, 25 bed facility
