Job Description
Seeking a locum CRNA
• Dates of Coverage: Dec 2, 2024 - March 28, 2025• No cardiac
• May provide anesthesia for neuroradiology cases
• Working in the procedural areas: GI lab, EP/cath lab and radiology
• No work in the operating room
• Option 1: Monday-Friday, 0700-1500 (8-hour shifts)
• Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 0700-1700 (10-hour shifts)
• No call
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 4-12 procedural cases per CRNA
• Average Number of Pain Management Cases: Zero by the CRNA
• Trauma Level I
• Description of OR Staff: RN, Techs, Anesthesia provider, Physician providers, and OR aides
• Number of Operating Rooms: 23 ORs (work will be in procedural areas)
• Patient Age Demographic: Teens to Geriatric
• Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases (Adult), Ventilation Management
• Required: NBCRNA, TX state license, ACLS, BLS
