Seeking a Full-time CRNA to join a hospital-based team of independent Practice CRNA s. Candidates should have prior independent practice experience, proficiency with ultrasound guided regional anesthesia, and be comfortable caring for obstetrics patients, adult patients, and pediatric patients. Candidates are expected to demonstrate hospital values, including a sense of ownership, collaboration, quality, integrity, flexibility, communication, service, and accountability. W2 Salary: Competitive Base salary, call paid extra with hourly callback rate, two-hour min. Rotating schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off Independently provides and manages all aspects of general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care Independently provide acute pain services including ultrasound guided nerve blocks, and indwelling epidural catheter placement and management Take shared call from home, approximately 1:4 Voting Member of the medical staff, with opportunity for committee membership/leadership Anesthesia provides services for various specialties, including: Cardiology Ear, Nose andamp; Throat Gastroenterology General Surgery Orthopedics Obstetrics and Gynecology Pain Management Podiatry Pulmonology Urology Medical Records Meditech iProcedure Anesthesia EMR Equipment Mindray Anesthesia Machines Sonosite Edge II Community: Located in northern Vermont, serves a catchment area of 28,000, spread across three counties in northern Vermont on the Canadian border.
