The CRNA position involves working 40 hours a week, starting between 6:00-6:30 a.m. and typically finishing by 5:00 p.m., with no weekend or on-call duties. The cases are divided evenly among eye, endoscopy, and orthopedic surgeries, with minimal pediatric involvement. There is significant use of regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks, as well as outpatient catheters.
