CRNA Hospital Based job located in West Virginia

Medical center seeking a locum BC CRNA to start beginning of July 2024 
Contract Length: December 31 (do not work holidays)
Shift Details: able to work 5-8s, 4-10s 3-12s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
Must be willing to work weekends but not weekends only 
Prefers someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month 
Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week
Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
Types of surgery – General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital
Requirements: active WV license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, minimum 2 years of experience
