• Full-time position
• Unique 6-week slide schedule that provides excellent work/life balance and generous amount of time off
• Collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs working with high quality surgeons and surgical staff
• Will perform general, epidural, and regional blocks
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, ortho, OB/GYN, GI, and urology
• Position requires NBCRNA, APNP, ACLS and PALS
