Job Description
- Full-time emergency medicine PA’s are needed for this hospital system in Delaware
- Candidates can be entry level or experienced
- Earn over $145,000 per year
- Fully integrated health care system consisting of two hospitals and a free-standing ED plus numerous ambulatory and outpatient offices.
- You will be the hospital's employee/(no contract medical group)
- New grads receive full compensation while they transition into the ED as part of a robust and innovative ED orientation program for new hires including shadow shifts and mentoring.
- Base Rate $84.00/hr plus $5/per hr Quality Incentive
- Work 1728 hours as a FTE – plus 60 hours of PTO
- Block scheduling available
- Located just 90 minutes from D C. and Philly as well as 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach
