Job Description
Seeking a locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
--NNP will cover the NICU and newborn nursery, attend deliveries, know the NICU admission or respond to OB request.
--NICU and Newborn Nursery Bed Size: 16-bed NICU, 20 well-baby
--Average Daily Census: 11.2 NICU; 9 for well-baby
--Annual Births/Deliveries: 1,600
--Average Patient Age: Newborn
--NICU Level: Level III
--Daily Patient Load: 8-10 per shift
--Shift coverage: 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7a-7a)
--Minimum Number of Shifts per Month: 5-7
-- No call,
--Weekends are required
--EMR, Charting, Dictation: EPIC, PremiEHR
