Nurse Practitioner Chandler, AZ
We are looking for a caring Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Chandler, AZ providing high quality care. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Nurse Practitioner looking for either full time or part time work. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic pain and/or patients wanting a homeopathic approach to basic primary care needs. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections, addressing basic primary care needs, as well as some wound care.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation musculoskeletal focused (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Basic primary care needs of the patient who prefers homeopathic approach to medicine
- Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing, Micronutrient Testing, Weight loss management
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Order Physical therapy and DME as needed
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections- US guided, and wound care
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in AZ
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- DEA Certification (Preferred)
- Previous wound care experience preferred, however experience similar field will be considered.
Schedule:
- Full time or Part time
- Monday – Friday
Compensation (range):
- $50-$75 per hour (DOE)
