DATES NEEDED Nurse Practitioner (NP)

- ASAP - Ongoing long term need
- Shift & Call Details:
- Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- NO Call
- Setting: clinic, NO Call
- Patient Volume: 20 - 30 pts seen per shift.
- Expected # of hours worked in hospital: No Hospital, working in clinic on site.
- Required Procedures: Locum will see scheduled patients, women's health and wellness exams.
- APP Support/Supervision: no, will not supervise and will see own patients.
- EMR: CPSI
- Client Requirements: Must be BC, must have AR license
- Travel Accommodations: client will cover flights, lodging, car rental
- Other providers in the department: 3 OBGYNs on staff.
- A++ Malpractice Insurance coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit and online work logs
