Job Description
DATES NEEDED Neuro Advanced Practice Provider & Neuro APP

- ?????ASAP start next year pending credentialing
- Mon-Fri, ideally 2+ weeks per month ongoing
- Neurology experience as an APP required
- Neuro inpatient/outpatient services
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- 15-20 patients per day
- Duties: exams, mri's, lumber puncture, patient education and coordinating Leqembi program for mild to moderate Alzheimer’s (may see some of these patients, primarily coordinator role)
- Board certified required
- EMR CPSI
- Neuro Advanced Practice Provider & Neuro APP needed
