Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outstanding clinic in Castro Valley, CA that is expanding. Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of the community. Enjoy hikes around the lake and the great outdoors. Visit downtown with newly renovated food spots and shops. Take a day to explore the wineries that are just a few miles away.


Details:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

• Flexible work schedule

• Clinicians will see low acuity primary care case

• Clinicians will also provide acute care telehealth visits across the network

• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of primary care or urgent care experience required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• Must be comfortable working independently
