We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our OBGYN group full time in Riverside, CA. We are an OB/GYN clinic that believes in compassionate, personalized care that never sacrifices quality. We are seeking providers who practice medicine with excellent patient care and customer service. Ideally, we are looking for a compassionate Board-Certified PA or NP to join our team of providers, giving our patients the best, highest quality care that they need and deserve. We are passionate about providing a work life balance to ensure great quality of life for our staff. We offer a mixed Obstetric and GYN practice with no high-risk patients.

Duties:
- Patient care- office visits, obtain medical history, physical exams, review pertinent records/imaging/reports
- Order and review labs/diagnostics- (pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams)
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- OBGyn Patient management
- Facilitate the referral of patients to the appropriate health facilities, agencies and resources within the community as needed
- Order pharmacologic interventions
- Develop and implement an educational plan- educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive/lifestyle modifications
- Plan for appropriate follow-up care
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Assist the office in any documents/reports/records that need to be filled
- Collaborate with the Nurse, medical assistants, and front office staff support team
- Collaborate and/or refer to Physicians as needed for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- PA/NP License to practice in CA
- Two years of OB/GYN experience preferred

- Full time
Compensation:
- $203,000 Annual Base Salary
