Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Campbell, CA (6 miles SE of San Jose)
$85-$100/hr

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Campbell, CA. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis providing direct patient care 2-3 days per week. Our ideal PANP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing joint/Regen med injections and IV infusions.

We are a reputable and well-established Functional medicine clinic with special expertise in Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine and the latest Regen solutions including enhanced PRP and Nanoparticles. We have had a presence in the community for over 27 years and our current staff has a combined 50 years of experience. Some treatments that we offer include electrical treatment for pain and nerve damage symptoms, Vitamin blend therapy, rehab capacity with neuromuscular re-education and percussion circulation therapy. We also utilize high voltage PEMF and Lymphatic drainage technology. This treatment helps us address both Diabetic and Idiopathic induced paresthesia and pain effectively, improving both strength and ROM, while managing symptoms in these significant but underserved markets.
Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Neuropathy exams, Hormone and Mens health consultations.
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care (to include hormone Rx management)
- Treatments- perform joint/regen med injections, IVs, and Sanexas neuropathy treatment (we will provide training for the right candidate)
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- PA/NP license in CA
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- DEA license (or in the process of applying for it)
- BHRT – this requires an additional DEA credential
- Private insurance credentials a plus
Compensation:
- $85-$100 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- 20 hr week over 2-3 days
