Seeking FNP to join talented team in Lancaster, CA.This position will play vital role in the Health Centerand#8217;s Primary Care program. The successful candidate will be an advanced practice registered nurse who has acquired the necessary training to provide primary healthcare services to patients. The candidate will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as needed. The candidate will also be able to develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide effective management of patient care with proper evaluation. The candidate can also function as an educator to families, staff, and the community. Full Time, permanent Outpatient only Employed EMR: EPIC Working with underserved population M-F, 8-5 Education At least 1 year of experience in a related role outside of their residency Valid Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License in the state of California DEA certificate CPR Certification Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus FQHC Experience a plus A keen interest in helping the underserved population (e.g. the homeless population).
