Job Description
A premiere FQHC group located in gorgeous San Jose, CA is seeking a talented and compassionate Primary Care NP to join their dynamic team.
Practice Details:
Outpatient primary care working with a diverse patient population
Joining a team of 3 FM Physicians and a number of APP's
Monday - Friday schedule with NO call
Averaging 15-20 patients per day
Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation that's been in the area for over 50 years!
Compensation and Benefits:
Excellent compensation package with quality bonuses and sign on/relocation bonuses available
Eligible for the State Loan Forgiveness Program and the HRSA Loan repayment program
