- Weekdays, Days
- Ideally full time coverage but would like to have at least 6 month commitment
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- No procedures required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
