Nurse Practitioner Wheat Ridge (Denver), CO
$110k-$130k per year (salary plus bonus)
4-day work week
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Wheat Ridge, CO. Wheat Ridge is located immediately west of Denver and is a part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metro area. We have a 4-day work week with no office hours on Fridays = a wonderful work life balance!

The NP duties include performing medical/orthopedic assessments/exams and performing joint and trigger point injections.

Duties:
- Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
- Patient exams (musculoskeletal/ortho/and neurologically focused)
- Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs/bloodwork
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to the diagnosis, treatment plan, care plan options, and pre and post injection care
- Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections
- Collaborating with colleagues and multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Documentation- thorough, timely and accurate
- Regular patient follow up, progress evaluations, and care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NP)
- NP license to practice in CO
- DEA license required
- Must have current ACLS or BLS
- Experience in Joint injections a plus
- Experience in Physical Medicine, Orthopedics, sports medicine a plus
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday thru Thursday
- No office hours on Friday
Compensation (range):
- $110k-$130k per year (salary plus bonus)
