This well-established critical access facility in Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Primary Care/E.R. Nurse Practitioner to join their 2-physician, 4-APP team. Provide a robust spectrum of high-quality healthcare services via this Traditional Model opportunity.

$140,000-$150,000 Guaranteed Base Salary / Based on Experience
