Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locums Job in Colorado | ASAP Start and Ongoing

Coverage Needed: 
--Monday through Friday (8am-4:30pm) 
--8-12 shifts per month 
--Every Saturday and every other Friday, in addition to any vacation coverage

Assignment Details/Requirements (#105440): 
--Board Certification is required
--Active Colorado license or IMLC is required
--BLS certification is required
--Provider must be local
--Completing Medical History, physicals, and treatment of medical diagnosis
--Three Psychiatrist, 1 supervising FMC provider, 7 LPN, 5 BHT
--Required Procedures: Adult Inpatient, Geriatrics, adolescent, and general inpatient
--EMR: EPIC
