Job Description
Seeking a locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for holiday coverage
Open Dates: December 23, 25, 26
--Shift coverage: 24hours in house (7:30a-7:30a)
--Rounding in NICU
--Attendance at high risk deliveries
--Care of some newborns,
--Circumcisions (must be comfortable being proctored on circs if they don't do them now)
--Schedule: Neos round at all 3 sites daily
--On-call at night. NNPs in-house 24/7 - 1 NNP per hospital.
--C-Section Rate- 30%
--EMR- Epic and PremiHR
--Daily Patient Load: 1st site-2 patients per day, 2nd site-7 patients per day, 3rd site-5 patients per day
--Level II and Level III NICU coverage
Required: BC, NRP, CO state license, Must be able to provide case logs that show you've done 6 of each procedure: Intubations, Arterial lines, Central lines, and Umbilical lines
Must be okay with cross credentialing at 3 sites.
