Nurse Practitioner Tampa, FL
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Tampa, FL. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patient’s health and wellness goals. Must have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and preventive medicine, and experience with hormone therapies, IV therapies, and functional Medicine.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients, focusing on wellness and preventive measures.
- Treatments- Administer anti-aging medicine, injection-based therapies, and IV therapies
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care, creating personalized wellness programs for our patients.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner license in FL
- Experience and comfort in anti-aging medicine and injection-based therapies.
- Familiarity with IV therapies and functional medicine practices.
Schedule:
- Mon -Fri (Part time or Full time)
Compensation:
- $120k-$135k per year
