Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Clayton, GA
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical office full time in Clayton, GA. Enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia! We have a bustling primary care office, and we are looking for a compassionate PA/NP to join our team, with the mission to help provide top quality care to the community of Clayton, GA, improving the health and quality of life of our patients.

We are a Primary Care office, providing care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, patients aged 14 years old and up. We strive to give our patients the best, warmest, most effective care possible. Duties:
- Patient exam/consultations (HPI, Review past medical history and pertinent medical records/labs/imaging, physical exam)
- Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions/wellness care
- Order/review labs/bloodwork/imaging studies/tests
- Treatment plan- prescribing medications, referrals, procedures
- Patient Education
- Patient reexam -progress/full up
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the physician and staff re: patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an Accredited PA/NP program
- PA/NP License in GA
Salary (range):
- $120k per year (depending on experience)
- Plus a Bonus Structure (up to an additional $20k per year!)
Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday- Friday)
