Nurse Practitioner Schaumburg, IL (NW suburb of Chicago)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full-time in Schaumburg, IL. We are conveniently located approximately 30 miles NW of Chicago. We are looking for a driven, compassionate team player to join our medical practice to provide top quality patient care within our Internal medicine practice. Our practice is a multidisciplinary internal medicine office, and the NP must be interested in joining a diverse team of professionals of Medical Doctors, Advanced practitioners, and medical staff. No weekends, no on-call, and a great staff of like-minded fun people. We offer company health plans that range in coverage and families are welcome to be added.
Must have outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. If you like to get to know your patients as more than just a number, this may be the perfect fit! Interest in learning physical medicine, rehab, and procedures is a major plus and we have a peer-training program that can help train the incoming NP.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations- Medical history, Physical exam, review records/imaging/reports
- Order and review diagnostic tests/imaging and labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education re: diagnosis and treatment options
- Co-managing complaints alongside other providers
- Patient follow up and monitor progress
- Documentation-progress notes, timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (NP)
- Licensed to practice in IL
Schedule:
- Mon- Friday with ½ days on Tues/Thursday
Salary (range):
- $115k-125k starting with fast growth potential
