We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Chicago, IL. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation medical and functional exams (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs when medically necessary
- Blood draws and preparing labs
- Allergy testing
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, and post care instructions
- Manage patient care
- Treatments to include perform trigger point and joint injections
- Writing medical orders
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited NP program
- NP license in IL
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with trigger point and joint injections a plus
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation:
- $60-$100/hr
Schedule:
- Flexible
- Full time vs Part time
- Office hours M,W,F 9:30a-7:30pm and T 2:30p-7:30p
