Job Description
Seeking a full time and Part time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Rockford, IL 61108
This is a Physical medicine office.
We prefer the candidate to have experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections but willing to train as well.
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background will be preferred. Also will consider new Grads!!
Must have an active Illinois license and be able to start within 60 days
