A School Based Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The position is expected to start within about 30 days, with a focus on finding someone as soon as possible. The role requires 20 hours of work per week, during the facility's operating hours of 8am to 3:30pm. Candidates must hold an active Illinois License, Illinois CSR, and Illinois DEA. COVID or flu vaccination is required, and the job involves using the EClinicalWorks EMR system.
