Job Description

Specialty: Urgent Care - APP (Certified NP or PA-C)
Location: Bloomington, IL
Start: ASAP or as soon as credentialed
End: March or April 2025
Dates:  Looking for full time (4) 10’s/week but might be open to 2 weeks/month at minimum
Shift Times:  7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Credentialing Timeframe:   30-45 days
Job Details:
  • Setting:  Outpatient
  • Patient Volume: 40 clinic patients/day
  • Will see All ages
  • Laceration repair, I & D, Splinting
  • Have CMAs, RNs, X-ray Techs
  • Must have an active IL license
  • Epic EMR
  • Will require a phone interview before they begin credentialing paperwork
  • All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
