Nurse Practitioner Baltimore, MD
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Physical medicine private practice full time in Baltimore, Maryland.
We are looking for a Nurse practitioner who is preferably already licensed in Maryland with a strong interest in natural healing, supplementation, and physical medicine. A huge plus if the NP is already familiar with joint injections. The ideal Nurse Practitioner (NP) will perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.

Duties:
- Patient exams/evaluations- medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging
- Diagnosis and treatment care plans with a multidisciplinary approach
- Patient education as to Treatment options, therapies, diagnosis, and symptom management
- Order and review labs, imaging, diagnostic tests
- Treatments to include; joint injections, DME fittings, specialty scripts, nutritional supplements (as medically needed)
- Handling specialty pharmacy scripts
- Documentation -timely and accurate, progress notes
- Collaboration with the other providers and staff for complete comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited NP program
- NP license in Maryland
- Strong interest in natural healing, supplementation, and physical medicine
- Orthopedic/Physical Medicine and Rehab or Pain Management background is preferred
Schedule:
- Monday -Friday (with office hours ending at 2 on Fridays)
- Full time
