Job Description
A Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner is being added to a Federally Qualified Health Center situated in a lively community just north of Boston. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
About the Opportunity
- Seeking a board-certified FNP to join a large team
- 3 locations and over 30 Providers and growing
- Provide services in primary care, dental and behavioral health
- 32 patient contact hours, including one telehealth shift
- Patient-Centered Medical Home
- The average daily patient census is 14-20
- Shared call responsibilities
