Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Ypsilanti Twp, MI (10 miles E of Ann Arbor)
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Ypsilanti Twp, MI. We are looking for a provider who can join us either part time or full time providing direct patient care within our integrated practice. Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections. The position will potentially start as part time with a flexible schedule, with plans to increase to full time as the patient base increases.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exams (orthopedic and functional focused), review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises with referral to PT as needed
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Attend team meetings
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- PA/NP license in MI
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus but we will pay for/provide training
Schedule:
- Mon, Wed, Friday 9 am- 7pm, Tuesday 12-7pm
Compensation:
- $50-$55 per hour plus production bonuses (DOE)
