Nurse Practitioner Lee’s Summit, MO (20 miles SE of Kansas City)
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Lee’s Summit, MO. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who can join us on a full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints.

Our multidisciplinary pain management team combine their diverse skills and knowledge to help patients of all ages with chronic health conditions, as well as advising them about ways to prevent future illnesses and injuries. Our integrative healthcare philosophy puts patients at the center of care. This approach focuses on treating each person individually, rather than zeroing in on just a few symptoms.
Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in MO
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Compensation:
- $100k-$107k annually (DOE)
