Practice/Organization Details:
Provide exceptional care to patients in a hybrid in-home and virtual model
Flexible schedule to work around your needs throughout the day - supreme work/life balance offered
In-Home is mostly Medicare annual assessments with the ability to work independently
Manage a low-volume patient panel to ensure a focus on quality of care
Established clinical care team including 2 experienced physicians, 10 APPs, pharmacist, nurses, and more
Compensation & Benefits:
Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $120-$150K plus annual bonus
Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
