Our client is seeking a full-time NP/PA for an outpatient opportunity in Lexington, NE. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Manage only 14-16 patients per day
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek

- $120,000 - $150,000 base salary

Qualifications:
- Spanish a plus!
- Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits, preferred
