Nurse Practitioner Elko, NV
We are looking for a motivated and independent Nurse Practitioner to join our medical office full time in Elko, NV.

Duties:
- Patient exams/evaluations (medical history, physical and functional exams, review pertinent medical records/imaging/diagnostics)
- Oversee management of patient care
- Order and interpret/review labs, imaging, diagnostics, and therapies
- Diagnosis- review with the patient and care team
- Treatment care plan formulation
- Patient education re; diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, good health practices and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Treatments to include (but not limited to) Administering- joint injections, trigger point injections, DME, rehab therapy, IV therapy, fillers, and medically supervised weight loss programs
- Documentation- maintain accurate records/reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP license in NV
- Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Certified/background in injections (IV nutritional, joint, trigger point, fillers) a plus but will provide training for the right candidate
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday -Thursdays
- No weekend work!
Salary:
- $110k - $157k per year (depending on experience)
