Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner East Windsor, NJ
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our medical office full time in East Windsor, NJ. Our ideal candidate is a team player and a compassionate provider who is driven to provide top quality care within our practice. We are looking for a provider who can work alongside our board-certified spine specialists, assisting with procedures and patient care. We are looking for a PA/NP who can work at our office in East Windsor 3-4 days per week and work at our office in East Brunswick 1 day per week.

We are staffed by a team that dedicated to finding the cause of the pain and helping our patients eliminate it from their life. Our goal is for every patient to uncover the cause of their back pain and help them overcome it. We have a staff of board-certified spine specialists and experienced, skilled providers and we look for the least invasive spinal procedures that provide effective, lasting results. We specialize in procedures such as endoscopic spine procedures, regen medicine, neuromodulation and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily physical assessments and maintain an accurate record of patient’s progress (vital signs, weight, height, test results and medications) and implements physician-approved diagnostic tests, procedures, and consultations
- Reviews supervising physicians’ orders and medications for accuracy
- Assists supervising physician in performing tasks such as lumbar discography, cervical/lumbar facet blocks, percutaneous lumbar Discectomy, major joint injections, trigger point injections, SI injections, pre and post-operative care
- Assist in program development; participates in writing protocols and policies
- Monitor patient's compliance within prescribed treatment plan
- Serve as a liaison between Physician and referring physicians/consultants, addressing patient problems and responses to treatments
- Act as a consultant to the patient/family and staff
- Provide prompt patient consultation/follow up by telephone
- Completes Cert of Permanency and Narrative reports under physicians’ guidance
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the supervising physicians, other medical professionals, and support staff for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- PA-C or Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in NJ
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
- NJ CDS and DEA license preferred
- Knowledge of EMR preferred
Schedule:
- Full time
- 3-4 days per week East Windsor and 1 day per week in East Brunswick
Salary (range):
- $110k - $130k per year
