Nurse Practitioner Sandyston, NJ 07826
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Sandyston, NJ. We are in Sussex County, in the northwestern part of the state near the PA border. Our beautiful town is surrounded by many national and state parks.

The primary job responsibilities include direct patient care and management of acute and chronic conditions, as well as providing treatments such as joint and trigger point injections when deemed medically necessary.

Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations- musculoskeletal focused (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate diagnostic tests/imaging/records
- Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions and treatment plan formulation
- Supervision of rehabilitative therapies and care and ordering of DME
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and pre and post care guidelines
- Regular progress checks on patients for treatment compliance, improvements, and/or adjustments of care
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections
- Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
- Participate in team meetings where individual health plans are devised, review input from all other providers and collaborate care plans for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited NP program
- NP license in NJ
- 1+ years of experience as a NP preferred
Schedule:
- Mon- Friday
- 30-35 hours/ week
Salary:
- $60-$65 per hour (DOE)
